- Gino has been a political activist for the past 12 years. He has been particularly active in raising awareness of the cause of the Palestinians in the Middle East, The Anti War movement in Ireland, the Anti Bin Charges Campaign, The Shell to Sea campaign, and organising public meetings on the issues of the lack of Public amenities in the North Clondalkin Area. He is a member of the Socialist Workers Party. 1993-1995 Elected chairperson of the Liberties College Student Council. 2004 Narrowly missed out on being elected to South Dublin County Council. Gino is presently working as Health Care worker is St James' hospital.

so far so good. was in collinstown today, a bit nervous, havent been back there since 1990. but all went well, and my canvassing team played a blinder on gerry ryan. the result will be know on thursday. next up green park.the resistance has begun
what a result. we win the collinstown mock election, the students played a blinder. we got great delight of beating fianna fail, again they tried to buy the election with lollipops and jellies, you could say, they are brown envelopes for kids.another positive is that the students who canvassed for me in collinstown, will be doin it in real life, starting today. so all you anti capitalists, get motivated, get movin,lets get together.
